Dialogs and backgrounds

   We are trying to use the SkinManager in our app...so far not all that successfully.

We are puzzled by trying to get the background color of a dialog (CXTPResizeDialog in this case) to take on any theme.  All controls are themed but the background never.   

What are we missing?
