BETA 3 Message Bar Problem

   In XTP v17 BETA 3 the message bar control is lacking the proper vertical spacing:

This only happens (as far as I can tell) when using the Office 2010 themes (blue, silver, black). The new Office 2013 theme does not exhibit this problem. Also, the problem did not occur at all in v16.
