LoadDesignerBars and system font size

I have created a .xcb file with the command bars designer.

In one row there are three combo boxes
If I load it in a sdi project with  m_pCommandBars->LoadDesignerBars(archive);
Everything is fine, with if at the computer the font font size is 100 %

But if system font size is i. e. 125 % it looks like this:

The third combobox isn't visible.
What have I to do in my program?

	I could solve the problem. The “vertical resizing” of the ribbon seems only to work, when theme "xtpThemeRibbon" is active. Is that a bug or a feature?
