toolkitpro1610 unresolved external

Hi Support, 
I have just upgraded my Codejock.ToolkitPro.MFC to 16.1.0, and we have purchase the license , but when i compile my solution get many similar error :

Error 109 error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) public: void __thiscall CXTPTipWindow::SetTipText(unsigned short const *,unsigned short const *,int)" (__imp_?SetTipText@CXTPTipWindow@@QAEXPBG0H@Z) referenced in function "public: void __thiscall CExListBox::CreateToolTip(void)" (?CreateToolTip@CExListBox@@QAEXXZ) CSSUICore ExListBox.obj

I am sure my solution can find ToolkitPro1610vc90UD.lib, and I also include <XTToolkitPro.h>

my solution is Use MFC in a shared dll, and i also copy ToolkitPro1610vc90UD.dll to my solution output directory

but Why is it it can't find the CXTPTipWindow::SetTipText in the library files??

My old toolkit version work fine.
I am using vs2008.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
