Task dialog language and default button issues

   I have problems with the Task dialog of the 15.3.1 ActiveX controls:1. Language of commonbuttons (at least Cancel) does not follow the Windows language when UseComCtl32=False. If set to True it works unless running on XP where it off course falls back to False anyway and shows the english labels.
2. DefaultButton = xtpTaskButtonCancel does not work. At least not on my Swedish Windows versions. (this may possibly be related to the first issue.) I sometimes get it to work in the IDE, but never when compiled.
