Error while accessing property/method

We have calendar code running on many different types of servers. Newest is windows 2008 server 64 bit. 
For some reason, the calendar will not run on windows 2003 R2 server 64 bit.

The message that displays is 
    Error occurred while accessing component property/method: SetMultipleResources.  The parameter is incorrect.

The normal cause of this is thr registration of the controls. I unregistered and registered controls, but that did not work.

Has anybody else seen this before.
