How do I change the Time format on Chart Axis Labe

   HI,
Can I enable like below customization?
I have no idea how to change and show the time axis label like 03:00 up to 26:59  instead of Date HH:NN format on chart axis?
My customer claimed that 'one-day passes' are valid from 3 a.m. to 3 a.m.
Example
             09/29/2012 23:59:00  ----> 23:59
             09/30/2012 00:00:00  ----> 24:00
             09/30/2012 02:59:00  ----> 26:59
             09/30/2012 03:00:00  ----> 03:00
