	Brand new version of Xtreme Toolkit Pro. Attempting to build a sample tweaked to use static MFC and static toolkit (changed "Use of MFC" and "Character Set" settings. Builds fine, on run an assert fires here... In the file xtglobal.cpp:124 is the following comment: // If your static linked application asserts // here you most likely need to include the // following line in your .rc2 file: // #include "XTControlsResource.rc" ASSERT(hcurDragNone != NULL); There seems to be no such file. What should be done in this case?
