Docking Pane can't resize with IE9

When I have a docking pane with a HTML page of IE9 and try to resize it, the pane can't be sized and the whole window is freezed.  But my application is working just fine with IE7 or IE8.  I use ToolKitPro1331.  Is it a bug in the ToolKit library or should I add more lines to deal with IE9 specifically?  Thanks.
