How to design Office 2010 ribbon in Designer?

I really get stucked while try to creating Office 2010 ribbon style in CommandBars Designer. The default sample project is heavy to me to be applied in my custom interface.

I've searched in CodeJock website but I can't found the tutorial about this.

Could somebody help me to give a little tutorial about this?
