I use command bars 10.3 and my application is for using with several useres with password-login to their own privacy. Is it possible, that each user can configure his own toolbar which can be loaded after login?

Perhaps you can show me please the way with a short codesnipped. Thx.

You mean the way like this?
CommandBars.LoadCommandBars COMPANY, App.Title & "\" & App.Major & "." & App.Minor, "Toolbar" & User.ID

If you use the Major and Minor numbers your users won't have there commandbarlayouts anymore if you change those numbers. Those registry items will remain there until someone removes them manually.
