CXTCaption, Version 9600

   The CXTCaption is behaving very strange with verison 9600.  If I select the Office XP theme, all is well.  The CXTCaption bar has a nice gray background as it did in previous versions.
If I select the Office2003 theme, when the application first starts, the CXTCaption has a dark blue background, including the close button.  If I switch the theme to Office XP, while the application is running, the close button turns to gray, the rest of the bar remains dark blue.  If I minimize the application, then restore, the complete bar turns to gray.  It will remain gray, no matter what theme you select.
