Win7 32 bit: Scroll down button is deactivated

   We are using Codejock 13.4.2 and have observed that the scroll down button is deactiated (screen shot attached). Specifically, it is happening with the Aero theme set on Win 7 and it works fine with the rest of the cases.

Please let's know, if there is any work around / fix available?

	Please show screenshot. Try to reproduce it with compiled 15.0.2 exe from our site.

	The 15.0.2 is not supporting static linking. But our application has been implemented with static linking of codejock library 13.4.2 Scroll this image horizontally to see the disabled button on the bottom right corner:

	Additional information is that the scroll down button is disabled only when a Rich Edit control is in the client area.
