Intercept ID_VIEW_TOOLBAR

   Hi - Yes, I've been out of the MFC++ loop for a while.  Can someone tell me how to intercept the ID_VIEW_TOOLBAR and ID_VIEW_STATUSBAR messages that the framework mysteriously handles for me?  I just need to set the SetModifiedFlag if they change so I can save their state (individually).
