When the F12 function key is pressed the following error dialog is presented.
The call stack doesn't show much at all, but the Disassembly window displays:  The GUI_VisualStudio sample project compiled with the Unicode Debug Static confuration was used to show the problem. Any ideas on how to resolve this are greatly appreciated.

That's the debugger key for you. When debugger is attached, it will always break.
