I am converting a huge application from the regular Toolkit to the Toolkit Pro.
One of my problems I ran into:

 

In my application I used a CXTToolBar in a CDialog. I created this dynamically using:  m_wndToolBar.CreateEx(this,TBSTYLE_LIST | TBSTYLE …etc.

 

How can I do something similar in the Toolkit Pro?
