I want to create a control where 3 dynamic items are to be ordered by the user. The logic is like this (text is needed):
"First use this", "Then this", "And finally this"
If the user chooses to drag the items, it could end up like this:
"And finally this", "First use this", "Then this" etc Obviously, drag'n'drop is desirable in this situation. The question is; where should this control go in my Ribbon application? Can I drag-drop items in a menu? (Is that even a good solution?) Can I get this behavior in a gallery control?
I imagine three text boxes somewhere...
What do you suggest?
My idea: A task panel inside a gallery?

Hi,
You can try create custom button for this items, in in some ONLButtonDown start its drag:
pCommandBars->SetQuickCustomizeMode(TRUE);
pControl->CustomizeStartDrag(point);
pCommandBars->SetQuickCustomizeMode(FALSE);
