List all ImageManager Icon Command IDs

   The ImageManager.Icons object has a Count property, but no Item/Icon property for getting access to ImageManagerIcon class via the Index. I need to be able to do this so I can check the IDs at runtime to make sure that no IDs > a certain number have been added (because they are reserved for dynamic allocation).

Is there a way to get an ImageManagerIcon class out of the ImageManagerIcons class by its Index? Thanks.
