Problem with ExpandAll in the report ctrl

   I am having a problem with the ExpandAll method.  I have
semi-complex tree structure.  When I invoke ExpandAll, it seems
that only one level is expanded.  To work around the problem, I
ended up calling ExpandAll until the number of rows in the control
doesn't change.  

I didn't have time to try figure out exactly what the problem is.
