how to move a CWnd to the cilent area

   how to move a window to the client area of a Tab view control? I mean just under the navigate buttons of the tab view

I tried many ways but I can not get the exact height of the navigate buttons and I can not get the screen coordinates of the client area of a tab view

Can anybody tell me how to move a window to the right area?

give me some code please?
