Linker error for XTPSkinManager()->LoadSkin

   Hi All, 

I am getting linker error 

LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib LIBCMT conflicts with use of other libs; use /NODEFAULTLIB:library

MainFrm.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "public: int
__thiscall CXTPSkinManager::LoadSkin(unsigned short const *,unsigned
short const *)" (?LoadSkin@CXTPSkinManager@@QAEHPBG0@Z) referenced in
function "public: __thiscall MainWindow::MainWindow(void)"
(??0MainWindow@@QAE@XZ)

Debug/TurboMeeting.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals

Error for line XTPSkinManager()->LoadSkin(L"path1.xs", L"Normalitunes.INI");

If I remove this it works Fine.

I am not using precompiled headers for my application.MFC Static with Unicode
