CommandBars for dummies?

   I'm just wondering if there's a step-by-step tutorial available for the commandbars activex component, and more specifically, the commandbars designer.

I'm trying to create a ribbon, and import it into a vb.net 2008 project - but it seems like i've tried to do it a few different ways without success.
