Problem with SetCapture

Hi,

 

after updating from commandbars 11.2.1 to 13.1.0 shortcuts are not working while mouse movement is captured to a picture box (not so in 11.2.1).

 

The problem can be reproduced with this little example (shortcut F2 ist not working while mouse arrow moves over the picture box).

 

 

Is there a solution to this problem?

I would like to to so. But the accelerate key is filtered by the command bar and is not triggered in any Keydown/up event (even not in form keydown event when "key preview" is active). The key is filtered out but not used. What can I do?
