BUG: Ctrl+Click when MultipleSelection=False

When a user presses Ctrl+Clicks on a record, the selection/highlight will disappear even when MultipleSelection = False (leaving NO records selected on the RC). This is unexpected/unintuitive behaviour (see ListBox for expected behaviour).

The attached sample has both an RC (leftmost control) and a ListBox (rightmost control) to demonstrate both behaviours.
