In Office 2003 sample application: Run app, press <ctrl> s - message box pops up do indicate button was pushed. Now, float a docking pane by dragging it with mouse. press <ctrl> s - no message box. Is it normal that shortcut keys stop working when a floating pane is the active pane? v9.50

Looks like it works as long as focus is given back to the main
form. Float pane, then click back on main app. Not sure if
it is by design though.

SuperMario, Comercial applications that have docking panes don't act this way (if that matters). thanks for the reply.
