CommonDialog control not using "visual style"?

I noticed that the CommonDialog control is not using "visual style".
In fact, here is the open dialog (from another application):

And here is the open dialog from CodeJock:

Any idea / help / workaround?

	It is because manifest is not used when running in IDE, only when running exe.
