How to create CXTPReportColumn object so that autosize is enabled, but to prevent user from resizing this column manually?

Sure, set AllowColumnResize to False and AutoResize to True

I assume you set AllowColumnResize to false on ReportHeader object. Doesn't it mean that all columns will be affected by this?

Just set Resizable to False for that column
