adding a pane to standard customization

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Hi, please somebody knows how to add a customizable pane to the standard customization window.  There are presently 4 panes : Toolbars, Commands, Keyboard and Options.
I would like to add a pane containing the Theme settings.
