I have an MDI app that uses both the ribbon bar and several docking panes simultaneously. The keyboard is generally focused on one of the docking panes that is further divided into one or more task panels containing multiple controls - radio buttons, check boxes, edit fields, etc. I would like to provide my user with access to those various controls using the keyboard tip paradigm like the ribbon bar. That is, hit Alt, display some keytips, drill down to a particular control, and ultimately either "invoke" the control or post the selection back to my running command.
Did I miss this kind of thing in any of the samples? If it's not been previously done, is it possible to do this? Any pointers or advice if I have to roll my own?
Thanks,
