Can a balloon tip act as a tooltip?

   I want to create a "ShowBalloonTip" as in the trayIconDlg example but I want it to behave like a tooltip.
The cursor roll's over a button, the balloon tip appears under the cursor, then when existing the button area, the balloon tip disappears.
Can this be done with Codejock?  If yes, can I have an example on how it is done.
