Calendar Popup in ReportControl

   I attached a small sample that demonstrates how to use a calendar popup in a ReportControl row. I use the CreateObject method to show the calendar. The problem I have is that some of my users able to see the calendar and other users are not. I have no idea why. 
So I set a second column in the sample that has spin buttons to change the date. But how can I set the date one day up or one day down?
