Markup is not really an alternative to a real charting-control (Axis, Scaling, Labels, Events).
In VB6-Pro you have the MS-Chart, its enough for some charting, but this is not threadsave.
I choose a product from ChartDirector, this is easy, fast and i can use it also for webcharting.

In Next release with GDI+ you will be able to create such chart

Looks good, but I would still prefer a chart control which could then use the markup rendering engine. |

Hi Oleg, why is this great chart sample not included in the current 12.1.1 or 12.1.0 release of toolkit pro mfc? Is there any new status to the general chart control with markup rendering? Greetings, Moritz Leutenecker |

That is a ActiveX sample. Looks like that XAML did not get put in the general folder, so here it is:
