Consider this sample:
<Run FontSize='12'>ABC</Run><Run FontSize='14'>xxx</Run>

In all cases, 12 points will be sufficient to hold the text. However, the text gets pushed down when a font size of 14 points is encountered.

How do I "trim" the rectangle, and center it vertically?

I tried this in the Markup Sample:
<TextBlock ClipToBound='True'>Test</TextBlock>

But that yields an error:
The property 'ClipToBound' does not exist in XML namespace.
