Control positions in ribbon bar

   Hello,
Can you please explain how the x and y positions of controls in the ribbon bar are maintained ? Also how the width and height of controls is maintained?

Can we change the positions of these controls ,in ribbon bar, explicitely?
How can i get the functions for different controls to maintain there positions in the ribbon bar?
