I noticed that License Information of V12 differs from the one of V11.2.2
Like:
(1) Copyright 2003-2007 => Copyright 2003-2008
(2) ActiveX.v11 0.2 = > ActiveX.v12.0
Should these differences be changed as well as the updated version?

Yes, if you set License string in code, you have change it.
