Q: I am concerned about the new Microsoft Office 2007 UI licensing requirements, can I use your components in my application?
A: Yes, Codejock Software is a Microsoft Office 2007 UI Licensing partner, and all of our Office 2007 components have been developed to meet Microsoft Office 2007 UI Design Guideline specifications.

what if you are developing a product that competes directly with any Office 2007 product?  Does that mean you can't use the 2007 themes?

Does this mean we are bound by the terms of MS licensing on their GUI "intellectual property"?
