Old Version: how to embed skins in .RC?

   Hi,

We're using an old version of the product -- 11.1.0 (hopefully the gears will start turning and we can upgrade soon...).

I would like to embed a skin inside my .RC file and load it up something like this sample code i've seen floating around the forums...

XTPSkinManager()->GetResourceFile()->SetModuleHandle(AfxGetInstanceHandle());
XTPSkinManager()->LoadSkin(NULL, "MySkin.INI")

However, it seems that the 11.1.0 version of CXTPSkinManagerResourceFile doesn't have SetModuleHandle()?

How can I work around this?
