Error SetTheme

CalendarVersion 11.1.03
The calendar lällst itself in the Office2007 opinion does not indicate gets this error.

Error 5
     Invalid Prozeduraufruf or invalid argument

This is my Code:
   Dim objThemeOfice2007 As CalendarThemeOffice2007
   Set objThemeOfice2007 = CC.Theme

   If objThemeOfice2007 Is Nothing Then
     Set objThemeOfice2007 = New CalendarThemeOffice2007
