SetEditHint problem

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Hi, if you set the edit hint for a CXTPControlEdit in the toolbar, then float the toolbar, or hide/show it (from within program), the grey text changes to black making it look like something you just typed.  how can I fix this?
Also, if you set the text to an empty string from within the program the hint text disappears, is this correct behaviour?
