Could not find out why this event is never being raised.
I've tried with MS Access 2007 under Vista with vb.net 2005
also vb6 and vb.net 2005 Sample under W2000 but the event is not called. Any Ideas ?

What are you trying to do? Maybe you need BeforeDrawThemeObject instead?
