CXTPShortcutBarItem::SetIconId only works partial

   When setting the Icon with CXTPShortcutBarItem::SetIconId the 24x24 Icon is shown but not the 16x16 in context menu for showing/hiding panes.

If you use CXTPShortcutBar::AddItem with the icon id as first argument, everything works.
