TaskPanel: Icon with text

   When I add a TaskPanelGroupItem with parameter xtpTaskItemTypeText, it
will not show an icon even though I specify an IconIndex.  It
appears the icons only display with xtpTaskItemTypeLink items.  

Is it possible to update the control so the icon also appears with text
items?  I can always create a link item and not have it link to
anything but I don't want it to be affected by the mouse over event.
