Owner drawn CommandBar

   Hello,
in our project we are using some owner drawn CommandBars in MDI windows and have now problems to get them running together with the Xtreme CommandBar class.
Is there a sample or a description how to implement an owner drawn bar Xtreme CommandBar?
We need the look, style, behaviour, gripper, etc. from the Xtreme CommandBar class in the MDI window but want to draw the content (some TextOut values) on our own.
Any suggestions?
