   How do I take advantage of IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER? I stepped thru CJ code and found this being used and I have cases where I want to have CJ skip over an image. Adding a command ID entry with IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER as the value looks like just what I need. But, IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER is not "public". It is a #define in two CJ cpp source files.
