How can I get the AppWizard to work in Visual Studio 2010, 2013 or 2015? Using the deploy wizard does not appear to result in Visual Studio integration.

There are no vc140 folder.
It did not function though vc110 was copied to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\vcprojects" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\VCWizards".

When XTPAppWizard.vsz was rewritten, it worked.
Wizard=VsWizard.VsWizardEngine.11.0 -> Wizard=VsWizard.VsWizardEngine.14.0 |
