Controls Scrollbar Themes Failing?

   Hello,
We are updating a vb6 project to use CJ 16.2.3. The Report Control and Treeview control (maybe others) are not applying a theme to the scrollbar. We are trying VS 2012 dark, Light & Office 2013, maybe other's as well. We added the scrollbar control to the ReportGrid using the set method because the themes work on that control. But there is no scrollbar set method for the treeview. Is there a work around for the treeview to get the themes to apply to the scrollbar?

So far we are enjoying the new version!
