Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   The ReportSample adds some Records to the Reportcontrol.

Every now and then a child-item is added to a parent becuase this Email are Replies on that Email.

In my software i'm writing, I add numerous messages to the control, but
when I'm getting an Email with 'Re: Hi there' as a subject, I need to
search the record with subject 'Hi there', so I can add a child to this
record.

Since there doesn't seem to be a .findrecord method, is there any other way to do this?

So, to be short:

While adding records, I need to check if there's a record already in the control, with subject xxx.
