Hi,

I just upgraded to v15.3.1 and noticed that it is no longer possible to re-arrange ribbon groups in the Customize Ribbon dialog. Previously (at least 15.2.1) I could use drag & drop to re-arrange the groups even though the move up/down buttons were disabled. Now only items inside each group can be dragged. This is no good since it is quite likely that if you add a new group you don't necessarily want it last. Ideally the move up/down buttons should work for any item in the tree.

By the way, "Access" in the Quick Access Toolbar is spelled wrong (same in earlier versions).

Thanks, spelling fixed.

I'll compare 15.2 / 15.3 and Office 2010 to ensure everything works as expected.
