ReportControl.DataSource problem

I have a problem with ReportControl.DataSource and DataBind functions.
I use Ado.Recordset (2.8) and the DataBind function. When I terminate the class/form, some of the memory don't deallocate.
I made a sample. When you open and close child form, the memory grows and doesn't go back to its original size.
I tried to use UseBatchAllocation and UseReportCustomHeap functions but there's no change
The VirtualMode is not a solution for me in this case.
Can anyone help me with this? It is very urgent.
