How does work the ImageManager please?

So how does it work please?

Tested on two systems (Windows 7 and Windows XP)

	yes, it supports icons. don't use letters for the ID

	You can't change the ID once you add it, you will have to re-add that image with the number you want. 	You can submit a ticket, but I really don't see the need for this. You don't know the IDs when you are adding the images? And it is easy to delete and re-add.
